We hope you're happy with your purchase from thisispulp but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied don't worry, simply return the item(s) to us by post or in store within 28 days and we'll be happy to offer a refund or exchange.
How to Return
In Store...
You can return products purchased from thisispulp.co.uk to any Pulp store in the UK. Take the item(s) and the original invoice for a full refund or exchange. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the garment purchased is faulty or if we have sent the wrong item/size in error.
By Post...
Complete the return docket and post along with the item(s) and a copy of your invoice to:

For your own protection, we recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods for example Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Only items purchased online from thisispulp.co.uk can be returned by post to our warehouse, we cannot accept returns for products purchased in stores. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the garment purchased is faulty or if we have sent the wrong item/size in error.
Refunds
If returning by post we will issue your refund within three working days of receipt. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirming this. Please then allow a further 3 working days for the refund to be credited to your card, this is dictated by your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We will process your exchange within three working days of receipt however the vast majority are processed the day they are received. We will endeavour to ship all items within three days (dependent on stock availability). An additional delivery charge of £1.95 will be deducted from your account unless the garment purchased is faulty or if we have sent the wrong item/size in error.
Discount Codes/Vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value.
Return Terms and Conditions
Please ensure you open your package carefully especially when using scissors/knife. When trying on products ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant which may leave marks. Please try shoes on indoors and with socks/tights to prevent damage. If items are not returned in their original condition and not fit for re-sale we will be unable to issue a refund or exchange.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the garment purchased is faulty or incorrect
- All items must be received at our warehouse before a refund or exchange can be issued
- For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for underwear or swimwear.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from thisispulp.co.uk for a full refund within 28 days. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The item(s) are your responsibility until it is recieved by us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
