Returns
We hope that you're happy with your purchase from thisispulp.co.uk but if for any reason you would like to return your item/s that's no problem either. Simply post back to us within 28 days and we'll be happy to offer a full refund or exchange (please see our refund and exchange terms below for full details).
*Please note: The returns policy on this page refers to items purchased online at thisispulp.co.uk ONLY. Fot items purchased in one of our high street stores please see instore returns policy.
Orders made before 13th April 2012....
You are able to return your item/s in person to any of our six stores or post direct to the below address:

Orders made on or after 13th April 2012....
Simply complete the returns form that came with your order and include it with the item/s you are returning and a copy of the original invoice. We also include a returns address label for you to stick onto the parcel over any old delivery labels. We use double re-sealable bags to dispatch our items so you can return your order using the same bag.
Returns are not free and are paid for by the customer. We recommend that returns are posted using Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™ which provides proof of posting. We cannot refund or exchange item/s until they are received by our warehouse.

Store Returns :(
Unfortunately we do not accept in-store returns for items purchased from our website, all items purchased from thisispulp.co.uk must be posted back to our warehouse. Similarly our warehouse does not accept returns for items purchased in-store.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within three working days of receipt however the vast majority are processed the day they are received. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please then allow a further 3 working days for the refund to be credited to your card, this is dictated by your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We can only exchange items if the original has either been damaged or is the wrong size, all exchanges must be like for like, we cannot exchange one product for a different product of the same price. Your exchange will be processed within three working days of receipt however the vast majority are processed the day they are received. We will endeavour to ship all items within three days (dependent on stock availability). An additional delivery charge will be deducted from your account unless the garment purchased is faulty or if we have sent the wrong item/size in error.
Wallpaper, Cosmetics, Underwear, Swimwear
Our exclusive Jilted Generation Wallpaper is made to order therefore we do not accept refunds or exchanges on these items.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for underwear, swimwear or cosmetics.
Terms and Conditions
Please ensure you open your package carefully especially when using scissors/knife. When trying on products ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant which may leave marks.
Try shoes on indoors and with socks/tights to prevent damage. If items are not returned in their original condition and not fit for re-sale we will be unable to issue a refund or exchange.
All items must be received at our warehouse before a refund or exchange can be issued and if a discount was applied to your order the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value.
