Simply post it back to us within 28 days of the initial purchase and we'll be happy to offer a full refund or exchange (please see our refund and exchange terms below for full details).

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
Simply complete the returns form that came with your order and include it with the item you are sending back along with a copy of the original invoice. We also included a returns address label for you to stick onto the parcel.
Return delivery is not free and is paid for by the customer. We recommend that returns are posted using Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™ which provides proof of posting. We cannot refund or exchange items until they have been received by our warehouse. The initial delivery charge made at point of order will not be refunded unless the item was sent in error or goods received are damaged.
We Do Not Accept Store Returns
Unfortunately we do not accept in-store returns for items purchased from our website, all items purchased from thisispulp.co.uk must be posted back to our warehouse. Similarly our warehouse does not accept returns for items purchased in-store.
Refunds will be processed within three working days of receipt however the vast majority are processed the day they are received. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please then allow a further 3 working days for the refund to be credited to your card, this is dictated by your bank or card issuer.
We only exchange items if the original is either damaged or you would like to order an alternative size and all exchanges must be like for like. Your exchange will be processed within three working days of receipt however the vast majority are processed the day they are received. We will endeavour to ship all items within three days (dependent on stock availability). An additional delivery charge will be deducted from your account unless the garment purchased is faulty or if we have sent the item/size in error.
Wallpaper, Cosmetics, Underwear, Swimwear
Our exclusive Jilted Generation Wallpaper is made to order therefore we do not accept refunds or exchanges on these items.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for underwear, swimwear or cosmetics.
Terms and Conditions
Please ensure you open your package carefully especially when using scissors/knife. When trying on products ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant which may leave marks.
Try shoes on indoors and with socks/tights to prevent damage. If items are not returned in their original condition and not fit for re-sale we will be unable to issue a refund or exchange.
All items must be received at our warehouse before a refund or exchange can be issued and if a discount was applied to your order the amount refunded will be adjusted.
